BSc (Hons) Hospitality Management

In this programme, your foundational knowledge is developed with a greater emphasis on analytical and critical reasoning skills as well as studying key concepts through these modules and the research project. You will be taught by experienced and knowledgeable staffs who are passionate about their teaching and with rich industry experiences. During your time with us, you will be offered work experience/internships.


As part of your degree you have the option to join an international study tour to the CCCU Canterbury Campus. Taking part in the international tour will give you the opportunity of living and experiencing a different country and culture in the safe environment of the university.
